DON'T FORGET THE ACCESSORIES
The single most effective product for elimination of scum build up and odors in commercial kitchens. 
Apply Hot Spot to scummy surfaces, cracks, crevices and drains and anywhere organic matter accumulates.  The foam and citrus combination attacks the scum and , over time, the premium blend of microbes will eliminate organic build-up and odors.  The 360 degree nozzle allows Hot Spot to be applied in any orientation and in hard-to-reach areas.   The foam provides a longer contact time, nicely coating scummy areas such as drain covers.  Hot Spot also has a number of household uses for stain and odor elimination, as detailed on the can label.

Extended Information:
Hot Spot can be used to control a variety of household odors as well.  Smelly drains, garbage disposals, litter boxes and trash cans are all ideal areas to be cleaned using Hot Spot.  In the case of drains and trashcans, simply spray Hot Spot into the receptacle and allow it to dissipate.  For litter boxes, spray Hot Spot into the box and pour a normal amount of litter directly on top of Hot Spot. Avoid treating direct food contact surfaces with Hot Spot.
