THIS SERVICE IS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE EVO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION c/o ACTION PROPERTY MGMT.

Please choose if would like your service on the regular Monthly Pest Control Service day or a Non regular Monthly Pest Control Service day. 
Regular Monthly Service is on the 4th Monday of every month from the hours of 9am -12:00 (Noon)
Example: November 2011 will be November 28th

Service is for the 1,2 or 3 bedroom units.

Insect Control: Our pest professional technician will begin with an inspection of your Unit.  Based on his finding he will customize your insect control treatment.  Should our pest professional find additional findings other than Roaches, Common Ants or Crickets, he or she will provide you with additional recommendations.   Our service comes with a 30 day warranty on the areas and pest treated.
